Tai Chi Chuan Instructions







Students can expect to learn the Tai Chi Slow form to begin with.  After
learning the basic Tai Chi long form sequence, the students further refine
their form.  Tai Chi is a discipline, and a life time practice, which requires
dedication and daily practice.  Once the student has satisfactorily learned the
Tai Chi Chuan slow form, they can learn:

Push Hands (Tui Shou)
Tung Style Fast Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Gong

Advanced forms of Tai Chi, in addition to the regular classes are offered,
which include the following instructions:

Three Step
Four Corners
San Shou
Tung Family Fast Set
Tai Chi Knife
Tai Chi Knife Long Form
Tai Chi Sword
Applications

The above will be taught depending on the students level of learning,
understanding and practice, to be determined by the instructor.


Class Rules:

* Students are expected to attend classes regularly, and practice during the
week on their own.  

* Students are expected to respect the instructor as well as other students.

* In instances when Mandana is not present, senior students will instruct the
class, and students are expected to attend class and practice as usual.

* Students are expected to arrive and leave on time, in order not to disrupt
the class.

* No make up classes.
